The name of sajek valley cam from Sajek River that originates from karnafuli river.Sajek River works as a border between Bangladesh and india.Sajek is a union located in north of Chittagong Hill.it is under Baghaichori Uupazilla in Rangamati hill district,it is situated 67km north – east from Khagrachari town and 95km north-west from Rangamati city.

BEAUTY OF SAJEK VALLEY:

Sajek valley is famous for its Natural beauty,Cloud’s,also for Mountain,Waterfall.Sajek valley is surrounded by mountains,dense,forest,grasslads hilly tracks.Many small rivers flow through the mountains among which kachalong and Machalong are notable.

The native people of Sajek Valley are ethnic minorities.Among them Chakma,Marmar,Tripura,Pankua,Lusai and Sagma are mentionable.women seem to be more involved in economic activities here.Tea stalls,food joints and roadside marketplace aredominated by women.

For go to lusai waterfall you have to walking about 30-50 minutes(depands on you).The waterfall estimated 50 feet.Kanglan waterfall basically a nice waterfall and very peachfull and take a bath.

Kanglan Para:

In this place you’ll see the whole side of sajek valley and also you can see india and enjoy the clouds from this place.There are live lusai,marma,Tripura and etc.
